For many years coaching was considered as a resource for the rich or famous. We often think of professional athletes who are coached to peak performance by a sport’s guru. But coaching is one of the fastest growing areas in our society to help people achieve their dreams. It’s like having a personal trainer for your life.
Over the years we have coached many different couples; newly engaged, just married and even some couples who were on their 3rd, 4th or fifth marriage. We often hear comments from the latter stating that they would still be married to their first spouse if they only knew then what they learned in our times together.
Sometimes only one spouse wants to get help, but that’s okay. One person who is willing to take action can make all the difference in bringing about real change in the relationship. When the other partner starts to benefit from those changes they will try to figure out what’s going on. It’s amazing to see and even more thrilling to experience.
